Jardine Vineyard is situated on the north facing slopes of the Moonambel valley in the renowned Pyrenees Ranges. The vines are hand tended - the focus being on low yields and minimal chemical intervention. The resulting wine, after sixteen months in French barriques, demonstrates great plum and subtle pepper, underpinned by firm tannins. This wine has the elegance and finesse that characterises classic Pyrenees Shiraz.
